I began my creative journey as a soap maker. After discovering soap making, I experimented with every aspect of the craft from fragrance, shape, colors and patterns to packaging, labeling, logos and marketing.
Soon my instinct to be creative led me to explore other arts. It wasn't long until I fell in love with painting and for the last 20 + years I've experimented with color, texture, and every medium I could get my hands on. I work primarily in acrylic on canvas and my focus is on combining styles to achieve a mood or evoke emotion on themes as varied as life.
My work continues to evolve and I share my work and my progress in Studio 6 at Charlotte Art League.
