What if You Fly
This is my favorite piece that I've created. Erin Hanson's poetry speaks to me and is beautiful. Whoever she is speaking to (probably herself) is afraid to take flight, but the question, "What if You Fly?" makes me feel fearless.
Dragonflies and butterflies are a major theme in my work because they represent hope and transformation to me.
This piece is 16 x 20 x .75" on birch wood cradle board.
